Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Altered or tailored garments
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
Refund Process
Initiate Return
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after refund is processed
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after refund is processed
- Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable (unless item is defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
- Or send a replacement item at no additional cost
Exchanges
For exchanges (different size or color), please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and guarantees item availability.
